Our experience with All Time Air Conditioning was excellent from start to finish. I found their services on Google when I returned to our home and noticed the A/C wasn’t cooling as it should. The first thing I noticed was the 4.9 stars/700 reviews. I won't call anyone with less than 4.9 and at least 500 reviews. Jordan and Kevin arrived as scheduled. They were absolutely outstanding. Courteous, knowledgeabe, and professional. What I liked most about them was the little tricks they showed me to improve the performance of my Ruud split system. Thank you! You guys r-o-c-k!

These guys were great they installed a wonderful UV light and deodorizer and cleaned the ac unit. This is very beneficial with a cat and small dog. Also with a pregnant girlfriend it is good to take every precaution you can to keep everyone healthy. Kevin and Jordan were great workers got the job done on time showed up on time. They both had a great sense of humor and I would suggest this company to anyonw however I would suggest you request these 2 gentlemen personally.

I recently had the pleasure of working with All-Time Air-Conditioning, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Jordan Henry, the technician who came to install an ultraviolet light system in our AC unit, was exceptional. From the moment he arrived, it was clear he was knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain the benefits of the different UV light systems and how it would improve our air quality.

Jordan worked efficiently and made sure everything was installed correctly. He also took the time to answer all my questions and provided some great tips on maintaining our AC unit. I feel confident that our home is now a healthier environment.

I met Derek at the fitness center of our condo community. We introduced each other and he explained to me that he works for his brother’s ”All Time Air Conditioning” company. A few month later, my wife and I were sneezing a lot in our condo. It was obvious that the air that we were breathing, needed to be purified of virus, germs, molds, etc. We called several companies to get a quote for a complete cleaning of the dirty ducts and a sanitation. I decided to work with Derek, not because his quote was the cheapest but because the first time we met, he appeared to me, knowledgeable, professional and respectful. We were not disappointed. Not only did Derek a very good job, cleaning the ducts, the coils and the grills but the company administrative people are also very polite and efficient.
Very recently, our A/C unit stopped working on a Saturday evening (not fun during the summer). I called Derek first thing in the morning, on Sunday. And he came to our condo to fix it, before starting his busy workday! “Customer service“ seems to be his priority # 1. Thank you Derek! And by the way, my wife and I do not sneeze anymore😎

Our A/C went out in the middle of Fl summer with record high heat so we contacted a few companies to come out for quotes. I lined up a few companies that morning, but All Time Air called me mid morning about my online inquiry. I was transparent that we had some other companies coming that afternoon and they were welcome to come by. They prioritized us and came out immediately. Their sales associate was informative, thorough and honest. For us, those qualities are more important than being the cheapest quote. All Time provided quotes on 3 different systems for us to consider brand, longevity, and cost. We went with All Time over the competitors because we trusted their service, integrity, and products. They installed a new AC system within the same week along with a complimentary duct cleaning and UV light for the handler. The install team was just as educated, professional, and friendly.

We will be back for all of our HVAC needs and refer them to any of our local family and friends! Thanks All Time for turning our sweat box into an enjoyable ice box.

I called around 930pm on a Wednesday and received immediate notification of when a technician would arrive. Jordan was friendly, informative and helpful. While he found a solution to my AC not working, what was most important at the time was that it was late night and I was by myself at my house. He took extra measures to make me feel comfortable while still explaining what he was doing and informing me on needs. I signed up for the maintenance plan not only because of his professionalism but because of how quickly and efficiently he was able to fix my AC and explain everything in detail.
